Yesterday was my first offical ‘Sunday Funday’ here in Denver.
I had been wanting to go to the pool but I keep putting it off because ‘I didn’t have anyone to go with me’.
After having a pep talk with myself I realized this was my new reality. I was going to be doing a lot of things alone. I put my brave face on and went down to the pool. and i’m so glad I did.
The weather was perfect! I had my water, snacks, sunglasses, a new book and I just I just unplugged and relaxed.
It was exactly what I needed!
