NOW GO BACK AND REREAD THAT AGAIN!
You’re allowed to be a work in progress and still help OTHERS… AT THE SAME TIME.
That statement is so simple but yet it hit me like a ton of bricks!
I have major goals of helping women (and men) get healthy and lose weight. Goals to one day become a certified trainer. Goals to one day teach workout classes. Goals of recording workout videos. Goals of owning my own gym AND FAMILY CENTER FACILITY. Goals of publishing my Children’s book.
This whole time i’ve had this idea that there was going to be this magical POINT IN THE future where all the stars were just goin to align.
I WAS WAITING to have it all figured out before making my next move.

I couldn’t help but laugh when I read the title. It was like God was like ‘Ohhhh Britt LET ME MAKE IT VERY CLEAR FOR you, just incase you need another reminder’
I’M HERE TO TELL YOU…
YOU’RE ALLOWED TO START OVER.
YOU’RE ALLOWED TO BE A BEGINNER.
YOU’RE ALLOWED TO TAKE A BREAK.
YOU’RE ALLOWED TO NEED HELP.
YOU’RE ALLOWED TO BE A WORK IN PROGRESS AND STILL HELP OTHERS A THE SAME TIME.
FROM THIS DAY FORWARD I’M COMMITTING TO MAKING THAT NEXT MOVE. IM ASKING FOR HELP WHEN I NEEDIT AND OFFERING HELP IN THE MANY WAYS THAT I CAN.
ITS THE FORTH QUARTER OF THE YEAR LETS FINISH IT OFF STRONG. LETS STOP THINKING THAT WE HAVE TO HAVE IT ALL FIGURED IT OUT. LETS STOP THINKING WE HAVE TO BE A PERFECTIONIST TO GET THINGS ACCOMPLISHED. EVERYONE WHO HAS MASTERED SOMETHING WAS ONCE A BEGINNER.
THINK ABOUT SOME OF YOUR GOALS THAT YOU HAVE PUT ON PUSHED TO THE SIDE ALL YEAR. WHICH ONE ARE FINALLY COMMITTING TO ?
